Melville Masterplan, Torquay

Working closely with the residents of the Melville area of Torquay, Groundworks and Torquay Council with a long term masterplan to rejuvenate the area  to create a safer and greener neighbourhood with traffic calming, play space and communal gardens.

The area was split into three key areas comprising a residents central car park with permeable paving, mini-orchard, terraced gardens and informal play spaces,
